What are the ranking factors that google uses

Google uses a complex algorithm to determine the ranking of websites in its search results.  While the exact details of the algorithm are kept secret, we know that it takes into account hundreds of factors, or “signals”.  Some of the key ranking factors that Google is known to use include:

  10. Local SEO signals:  Google uses local SEO signals, such as a business’s Google My Business listing and NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency, to determine search engine rankings for local businesses.
